2022-23 REGISTRATION Information
Hunt Hollow Race Team provides instruction by USSA certified coaches highly skilled in teaching alpine race fundamentals to young athletes. Coaches will start young racers through a progression of skills and gate training as they build upon their knowledge and skill week by week, year after year. HHRT athletes have experienced great success locally, regionally and nationally. There is no better way to prepare your child for a lifetime love of alpine skiing, with friends they will have forever!
The Future Stars Race Program (starts at age 6) is THE best way to prepare skiers ready to take on the entire mountain and learn to race. Many racers also join our program at the U10 and U12 levels as they increase their skill level and are looking for new challenges and training. Please click on "levels" and navigate to the appropriate level for descriptions of the program.
U14, U16, U19 and High School Racers are able to tailor our program to fit their racing and training needs. Please navigate to the appropriate tab on the levels menu for more information.
Athletes at the U10 level and up need to obtain their NYSSRA and USSA memberships by November 1. These memberships will be registered for separately from the HHRT program this year. Please click on the links below for easy access to the different registrations that are needed.

Follow these steps after clicking the HHRT Registration link below:
- Family Setup - You will only have to do this the first time you register. Please use an email address you check regularly. If you forget your password, you will need your email address.
- Athlete Setup - Again, you will only have to do this once for each athlete.
- Registration - This section contains the information for each athlete for the current season: grade, health insurance information, emergency contacts, medical information.
- Checkout - Payment will be by credit card.
Don't forget your NYSSRA and USSA memberships for all U10 and older racers who plan on racing in GVSC races and beyond. Due November 1!
Returning HHRT participants registering after October 15th will be automatically assessed a late fee of $100.
New participants registering for the first time will not have to pay the late fee. Complete your registration, do not check out, and use the contact us form to let us know you are a first time participant. We will remove the late fee and let you know when you can return to check out.
Volunteer Deposits will be included in your registration costs. If you fulfill your commitment as outlined on the volunteer tab you will be refunded your deposit at the end of the season, on or around March 31st. The deposit is $300 per athlete and capped at $400 for families with two or more athletes.
Weekly training schedules for our USSA athletes will be emailed every Tuesday evening. Please check your email every Tuesday during the training / race season for the current weeks schedule.
